Is Express Offers the same as eXp's ExpressOffers?
No. The UK site at expressoffers.today is run by SQ Property Trading Limited in Manchester, while ExpressOffers is a United States programme of eXp Realty. A search for the name does not separate them.

We found nothing connecting the two: no shared company, no shared owner, and no mention of one on the other's pages.41 If you read an American review of Express Offers, it is about a different service.
Who owns Express Offers?
Express Offers is run by SQ Property Trading Limited, company 08768424, which two individuals own with no parent company on the register.4 The Express Offers page itself gives a company number and an address but no company name.1 The name is in the privacy policy: SQ Property Trading Ltd.2 Until March 2019 it was SQ Property Investments Limited.3

Two different Manchester addresses appear on the site, one in the footer and another in the privacy policy, so ask which to write to.12 And the same two people own a separate estate agency company, Express Estate Agency Limited, which shares an address with them on other records.5
How does Express Offers work?
Express Offers describes three steps: you give details, you are given a cash offer and details of other selling options, and you choose.1 Twice, the page says there is a solution that can get you 100 per cent of market value, quickly. It never says what that solution is, who provides it, what it costs or how long it takes.1
Nothing published says what those other options are, but the same owners also run an estate agency company.5 Introducing sellers to buyers is estate agency work.14 So before you engage, ask which company would provide the alternative route, whether it is a conventional agency listing, what it charges, and how long you would be tied to it. Get it in writing.
How much does Express Offers pay?
Express Offers does not say. The site publishes no percentage of market value for its cash offer, no worked example and no band.1 The only percentage on the page belongs to the unexplained alternative.
Sell Quick, the same company's other website, is more candid.10
One company, two websites, two ways of describing the price
On fees the Express Offers site is clear, with one condition attached: no fees, and survey and legal costs covered, if the company buys your property.1 It says nothing about what any other route would cost you, and an agency sale carries solicitor fees of its own. Timescales are given as seven days, and as little as 24 hours in one case.1
Nothing on the Express Offers site says whether an offer can be reduced at all.1 In the complaints the Office of Fair Trading reviewed in 2013, offers that moved fell by between 7 and 53 per cent of the first figure, averaging 22 per cent.15
If you have already given a site like this your details, write to the company that day asking it not to sell them on, and keep a copy of what you sent. Express Offers' privacy policy names life insurance, claims management and pre paid funeral plans among the trades your details could go to.

The Express Offers privacy policy allows SQ Property Trading Limited to sell your personal data. It says the company may choose to do so, and lists the industries the data may be sold into: mortgages, life insurance, legal services, claims management services, pre paid funeral plans and mis sold financial products.2 It also reserves the right to share data across its trading styles and any future group.2
That is lawful if it is done as described and you agree to it. It is also a long way from what most people expect when they ask what their house is worth. The company is registered with the data protection regulator under reference ZA916320, which records both of its trading names.8 No registration number is published on the site itself.1

Is Express Offers legit?
An active company, SQ Property Trading Limited, runs Express Offers, and it is registered with the data protection regulator.38 On 23 September 2026, though, the Express Offers brand did not appear on either approved redress scheme's search or on the National Association of Property Buyers member list.6713
Redress schemes are the ombudsman services that hear a seller's complaint once a firm has failed to settle it. The House Desk searched both approved schemes on 23 September 2026.

Read that carefully rather than as a verdict. A scheme's search indexes the names it holds, and a business can be registered under a name a search does not match. A company that only ever buys houses for itself is also in a different position from one doing estate agency work, which must belong to a scheme.14 On that date neither scheme returned an entry for this brand, so ask the company which scheme covers a complaint about your sale, and check the answer on the scheme's own website.

Trustpilot's notice said there was no recent history of asking for reviews, so the recent ones were written unprompted. That makes the 4.2 a different kind of score from a rival's invited one, and the two should not be set side by side.916
Beside the score, the Express Offers page carries three testimonials with first names, no dates and no platform. One of them describes being passed to an agent, which is the only place on the site where the alternative route appears.1
One ruling, against the company next door
The House Desk's searches on 23 September 2026 found no advertising ruling, ombudsman decision, court judgment or regulator action naming SQ Property Trading Limited, Express Offers or Sell Quick.
There is one ruling against Express Estate Agency Limited, the separate estate agency company owned by the same two people. The Advertising Standards Authority upheld two of four complaints about properties advertised at an offers in excess of price below the seller's stated bottom line, and told the company to make its advertised prices match the lowest price in the seller's range.11 We include it because the two businesses share their owners, not as a finding about this one.5
